Regarding Cyber Monday: International orders placed STARTING on Cyber Monday cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas because shipping time greatly varies. All US orders placed on Cyber Monday will arrive before Christmas.

Return Policy: All purchases are "final sale", so no returns or exchanges are permitted unless I made a mistake when I shipped you your jewelry. If your package arrives torn from the mail, please contact your local post office as I have no control over what happens to your package after it enters the mailing system (unless the package was guaranteed with priority or next day shipping) and I am not responsible for any damaged packages themselves.

International Buyers: Please know that because I have no control over the mailing system, I cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. It may arrive in a week, or it may arrive in a few months. Once your package enters the mailing system, I know just as much as you do about it based on the tracking info. We both must be patient! :-)

Tracking: USPS Tracking is included in all orders, both international and US!

Please keep in mind that due to the fact that every piece is hand-made, there may be slight variations due to the way the stamping shows up on the jewelry piece (pressure, for example) which means that every piece is unique! :-)

Due to the fact that all my jewelry in my shop is hand-made upon request, please allow 1-7 days before the jewelry actually ships. I will always try my best to be as quick as I can! Of course, this date range can vary as I am a full-time student.
